The Project Promoting Multilevel Dialogue, Open Government and Human Rights at Local Level in the Republic of Moldova is launching an international public call for tenders for the provision of national consultancy services to support the implementation of the local public administration reform in the Republic of Moldova.

In this context, the Project is seeking for 60 (sixty) Providers in order to support the implementation of the project with a particular expertise on the local public administration reform in the Republic of Moldova.

Interested Providers are invited to submit their offers through the e-procurement platform.

The deadline for submission of tenders/offers is 1 June 2026, 17:00 CET.
