The Council of Europe is implementing the Project “Further strengthening the prison and probation systems, provision of health care and treatment of patients in closed institutions in the Republic of Moldova (1 January 2025 to 31 December 2028), which addresses the prison management, the provision of health care to inmates (including mental health care); the capacity of the Probation to ensure alternatives to detention and the treatment of patients in psychiatric institutions (including forensic patients).
In this context, the Council of Europe is inviting potential providers to submit their offers for the provision of in-country transportation services in accordance with the attached documents.
The deadline for the submission of tenders is 4 March 2026, 23h59 CET.
