"I am confident that the systemic investments of the state in the social sphere will change not only the financial standard of living, but also the perception of each other, our willingness to see and accept diversity, help each other and build our state together”, said Ms. Maryna Lazebna.

Ms Siuzanna Mnatsakanian in her speech focused on the latest Conclusions of the European Committee of Social Rights on employment, training and equal opportunities regarding Ukraine:

“In recent years, Ukraine has made significant progress in reforming labour rights and social security. But many things have to be done. This primarily concerns the state's commitment to fighting poverty and creating new jobs, equality and access to employment, including for people with disabilities. The standards of the European Social Charter are not only a guide, but also a basis on which the future legislation shall be built", said Ms Siuzanna Mnatsakanian.
