The project “Human Resources Management in Local Self-Government – Phase 3”, jointly funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe in Serbia, hereby publishes a Call for National Consultant for the strengthening quality control and standardisation of professional development in public administration in the Republic of Serbia.

Interested candidates are kindly invited to complete the attached “Act of Engagement” and submit it together with all relevant documentation, as specified in the attached Tender File. All documents must be submitted in English.
