The Council of Europe is currently implementing the Project “Supporting the establishment of Barnahus in Slovenia”, phase II. It is co-financed by the EU Structural Reform Support Programme and implemented in close cooperation with the EU DG Reform and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Slovenia during the period of 13 December 2019-31 March 2022.
The project aims to increase the visibility of the Barnahus (Children's House) and its services in Slovenia, as well as to raise awareness on child sexual abuse in the country, through different media and communication channels and platforms, including social media. In this regard, the project has facilitated the development of the Communication Strategy for Barnahus.
In this context, the Council of Europe is looking for national consultants to provide expertise on communication and awareness-raising services, as specified in the following Tender File and Act of Engagement.
