The Carlos V Interpretation Centre tell the story of Laredo in the 16th century, of the landing of Emperor Charles V and his retirement. The Museum is managed by the “El Palenque” Cultural Association of the Friends of the Landing of Carlos V (Asociación cultural “Amigos del desembarco de Carlos V ‘El Palenque’”).
