- Description
- The Müller Cloth Mill illustrates the production process of a cloth mill thanks to working machinery and equipment dating back to the beginning of the 20th century.
The Museum set up in the former Hendrichs Drop Forge premises, illustrates the manufacturing process of scissors at an authentic and operational workshop, and provides an overview of Solingen's industrialization since the early 19th century.
LVR Industry Museum is a is an industrial museum with 6 decentralised locations in Rhineland (North Rhine-Westphalia). The Regional Association of Rhineland (Landschaftsverband Rheinland, LVR) is responsible for the LVR Industry Museum. LVR is a public corporation without territorial sovereignty fulfilling tasks in different field of actions.
The Müller Cloth Mill in Euskirchen and the Hendrichs Drop Forge in Solingen are Anchor Points of the European Route of Industrial Heritage.
