The Group of Experts on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings (GRETA) will publish its annual report for 2025. The report includes a section on human trafficking for the purpose of criminal exploitation, a growing trend across states parties to the Council of Europe Anti-Trafficking Convention. It highlights GRETA’s recommendations to strengthen prevention, early identification of victims and the implementation of the non-punishment provision.
