- Descrizione
- The Monastery in Neukloster is a former Cistercian complex founded in 1219. In 1555 the abbatial church became a Lutheran parish church, while the monastic buildings decayed and were dismantled. Nowadays, the remains of Sonnenkamp Monatery has been converted into a cultural meeting point, with a museum (Museum Neukloster) and a youth hostel.
