- IBERTUR is a network for Heritage, Tourism and Sustainable Development coordinated by the University of Barcelona (Universitat de Barcelona, UB). It gathers a group of professionals, technicians and scientists interested in heritage management and tourism. The Network works for exchanging of knowledge and experiences, facilitating technical cooperation to improve development and professional qualification in new tourist trends (cultural, rural, ecotourism, etc.), sensitizing society about the importance of heritage, promoting research and enhancement and establishing an informative space.
