Descrizione

The Cantonal Public Utility Company “POKOP” d.o.o. Sarajevo (est. 1974) is a legal body performing activities of special social interest in the field of burial and burial management. It was formed by the merger of “POKOP” Sarajevo and the “City Cemeteries Directorate”. KJKP “POKOP” is a 100% state-owned company. In addition to the cleaning and maintenance of 9 active communal cemeteries managed and 45 other cemeteries of all confessions.
KJKP “POKOP” represents the Bare Cemetery of Sarajevo (Groblje Bare) in the European Cemeteries Route, Cultural Route of the Council of Europe.
