The Council of Europe’s Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT) published today the response of the Moldovan authorities to the report on the Committee’s periodic visit to the Republic of Moldova, which took place from 28 January to 7 February 2020.
The response has been made public under an automatic publication procedure introduced by the Moldovan authorities. The CPT's report was published in September 2020.
