The Committee of Ministers adopts new decisions on the implementation of the European Court's judgments

The latest decisions adopted on the implementation of judgments from the European Court of Human Rights have been published by the Committee of Ministers.

During its "Human Rights" meeting of September, the Committee adopted 19 decisions concerning 12 member States.

Final resolutions were adopted by the Committee in respect of 8 judgments and decisions from the European Court, concerning 4 different States. In addition, Interim Resolutions were adopted in the context of the supervision of the Cyprus against Turkey, S.C. Polyinvest S.R.L. and others v. Romania, Gazsó group against Hungary, Catan and others group v. Russian Federation.

The Committee also adopted the indicative list of cases proposed for examination at its next "Human Rights" meeting which will take place from 29 September to 1 October 2020 (1383th meeting).
