By letter dated 20 November 2025, the Chair of the Advisory Group of Experts requested an opinion of the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe on the draft laws amending certain legislative acts of Ukraine in order to improve the competitive selection process for judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
The opinion will be published at the latest after the 145th plenary session of the Venice Commission.
