In the framework of the preparation of the draft opinion on the draft law no. 4533 on constitutional procedure and an alternative draft law no. 4533-1 on procedure for consideration of cases and execution of judgements of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, the Venice Commission rapporteurs held online meetings with the following interlocutors: • Chair of the Working Group on the judiciary reform under the President’s Commission on Legal Reform; • Chair and members of the Parliamentary Committee on Legal Policy of the Verkhovna Rada; • Deputy Head of the President’s Office of Ukraine, • representatives of the Constitutional Court, and • representatives of NGOs and the international community present in Ukraine. The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption at the March 2021 plenary session.
