Following the request by the President of Ukraine on 25 November 2020 for an urgent opinion on the constitutional situation created by the Constitutional Court judgment No. 13-r/2020 of 27 October 2020, the Venice Commission will prepare two opinions, one relating to the anti-corruption mechanisms and the second relating to the reform of the Constitutional Court. Following virtual meetings with the authorities and the stakeholders, both opinions will be issued the week of 7 December and will be subsequently presented at the 125th Plenary Session (11-12 December 2020) for endorsement.
