By letter dated 12 December 2022, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine requested an amicus curiae brief relating to the procedure for appointing to office and dismissing the Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Director of the State Bureau of Investigation.

The draft amicus curiae brief will be submitted for adoption during the 134th plenary session of the Commission (10-11 March 2023).
