By letter dated 17 October 2023, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine requested an amicus curiae brief relating to additional sanctions for committing an administrative offence.
The draft amicus curiae brief will be submitted for adoption during the 137th plenary session of the Commission (15-16 December 2023).
