During its 144th Plenary Session held in Venice on 9-10 October 2025, the Venice Commission adopted an Opinion on the manner of election of the judicial members of the General Council of the Judiciary of Spain. The opinion was requested by the President of the General Council of the Judiciary of Spain, Ms Isabel Perelló Doménech.
