Strasbourg – Today the Venice Commission has issued an Urgent Opinion on on revised draft constitutional amendments on the judiciary of Serbia. The opinion was prepared under the Expertise Co-ordination Mechanism in the framework of the joint European Union and Council of Europe programme “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey 2019-2022”. It will be endorsed at the December 2021 plenary session (10-11 December 2021).
