By letter dated 15 June 2026, Mr Nenad Vujić, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Serbia, requested an urgent follow-up opinion of the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe on the additional amendments to the Draft Law on the Judicial Academy.

The urgent follow-up opinion will be issued in due course and submitted for endorsement at the October 2026 Plenary Session of the Venice Commission.
