By letter received on 13 February 2026, Mr Nenad Vujić, Minister of Justice of Serbia, requested a Follow-up Opinion of the Venice Commission on the additional amendments to the Draft Law on the Judicial Academy.
The draft opinion is scheduled for discussion and adoption at the 147th Plenary Session of the Venice Commission (12-13 June 2026).
