By letter received on 8 May 2026, Ms Ana Brnabić, President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, requested a Follow-up Opinion to the Urgent Opinion on the 28 January 2026 Amendments to Laws governing the Judiciary and the Prosecution.
The draft Opinion is scheduled for discussion and adoption at the 147th Plenary Session of the Venice Commission (12-13 June 2026).
