A delegation of the Venice Commission provided legal assistance to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe’s election observation delegation during the early parliamentary elections in Serbia which took place on 25 October 2026.
The delegation took part in briefings before and after the elections and participated in the observation of the opening of the polling stations, as well as voting and counting processes.
