By letter dated 5 September 2025, Ms Janet Tello Gilardi, President of the Judiciary of Peru, requested an Opinion of the Venice Commission on a set of adopted as well as pending constitutional and legislative reforms concerning the judiciary of Peru.

The draft opinion is scheduled for discussion and adoption at the 146th Plenary Session of the Venice Commission (6-7 March 2026).
