Republic of North Macedonia – Request for a Follow-up Opinion

By letter dated 25 April 2025, the Minister of Justice of North Macedonia, Mr Igor Filkov, requested a follow-up opinion of the Venice Commission on the draft Law on the Judicial Council.

The draft opinion is scheduled for discussion and adoption at the 143rd Plenary Session of the Venice Commission (13-14 June 2025).
