Mr Eirik Holmøyvik, member of the Venice Commission in respect of Norway, took part in the International Conference “Contemporary Challenges in the Activity of European Constitutional Courts”, held in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova.

Mr Holmøyvik delivered a presentation entitled “Constitutional Courts as Guardians of the Legality of Elections”.
