By letter dated 11 March 2025, the Prosecutor General of Peru requested an opinion of the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe on proposed reforms concerning the Public Prosecutor's Office of Peru. The draft opinion is scheduled for discussion and adoption at the 144th Plenary Session of the Venice Commission (9-10 October 2025).
