By letter dated 22 April 2025, the Minister of Public Administration of the Republic of Montenegro, Mr Marash Dukaj, requested a follow up Opinion of the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe to the opinion on the draft Law on the Government

The draft opinion is scheduled for discussion and adoption at the 143rd Plenary Session of the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe (13-14 June 2025).
