By letter dated 14 May 2026, Mr Fatmir Gjeka, Minister of Human and Minority Rights, requested an opinion of the Venice Commission on the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Minority Rights and Freedoms of Montenegro.
The draft opinion is scheduled for discussion and adoption at the 148th Plenary Session of the Venice Commission (9-10 October 2026).
