By letter dated 21 March 2025, the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia, Mr Bayasgalan Gungaa, requested an opinion of the Venice Commission on the draft laws on the Constitutional Court and the Procedure of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia.

The draft opinion is scheduled for discussion and adoption at the 143rd Plenary Session of the Venice Commission.
