Mexico City - The Venice Commission took part in the 2nd international seminar of the Judicial Electoral Observatory, which addressed issues such as limitations of freedom of expression, electoral quotas and deprivation of the right to vote. This conference was an opportunity to disseminate the principles of the European electoral heritage, as defined in the Code of Good Practice in Electoral Matters drafted by the Venice Commission.
