Strasbourg, Council of Europe – Today the Venice Commission issued the urgent opinion on the Reform of Fair Trial Requirements relating to Substantial Administrative Fines in Malta. This urgent opinion was requested by the Minister for Justice, Equality and Governance of Malta, Mr Edward Zammit Lewis.
