By letter dated 12 May 2026, Mr Jonathan Attard, Minister for Justice and Reform of the Construction Sector of Malta, requested an Urgent Opinion on a draft Amendment to the Administrative Justice Act.
The Urgent Opinion was issued on 23 July 2026 and will be submitted for endorsement at the October 2026 Plenary Session of the Venice Commission (Venice, 9-10 October 2026).
