By letter dated 12 May 2026, Mr Jonathan Attard, the Minister for Justice and Reform of the Construction Sector of Malta, requested an urgent opinion of the Venice Commission on a draft Amendment to the Administrative Justice Act.

The urgent opinion will be issued in due course and submitted for endorsement at the October 2026 Plenary Session of the Venice Commission.
