Representatives of the Venice Commission provided legal assistance to the election observation delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe during the elections to the Assembly of Kosovo on 28 December 2025.

The delegation participated in briefings before and after the elections, and observed the opening of the polling stations, as well as voting and counting processes.
