By letter dated 4 March 2022, the President of the Assembly of Kosovo, Mr Glauk Konjufca, requested an opinion of the Venice Commission on the draft law No.088/L-121 on the State Bureau for Verification and Confiscation of Unjustified Assets. The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption during the 131st plenary session (17-18 June 2022).
