On 25 February 2022, Ms Albulena Haxhiu, the Minister of Justice of Kosovo, requested a follow-up opinion on the revised draft amendments to the Law on the Prosecutorial Council of Kosovo. The draft opinion is on the agenda of the upcoming plenary session (Venice, 18-19 March 2022). It will be prepared under the Expertise Co-ordination Mechanism in the framework of the joint European Union and Council of Europe programme “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey 2019-2022”.
