Mr Eirik Holmøyvik, Vice President of the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe and member in respect of Norway, participated in the international conference: “20 years of the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia”, which took place in Belgrade on 29 October 2026.
The Vice-President delivered a speech during the opening session of the conference.
