Strasbourg, Council of Europe - The Venice Commission has issued its Preliminary Opinion on the draft law of Hungary on the transparency of organisations receiving support from abroad. It will be submitted to the Venice Commission for endorsement at the next Plenary Session (Venice, 16-17 June 2017).
