Skopje - At the invitation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), a member of the Venice Commission Secretariat took part to the Observation Mission of the Parliamentary Assembly as legal advisor during the 22 March presidential election. His mandate was to advise the PACE delegation on the legal aspects of the elections.
