Skopje - The United Nations Development Program organised a Seminar on combating proxy and family voting, which was a follow up to the Seminar on "Electoral Standards and International Commitments pertaining to Ballot Secrecy", which took place on 3 December, 2007. Ms Tanja Karakamisheva, Professor in Law and Substitute Member of the Venice Commission, intervened on the issue of family voting.
