By letter dated 22 January 2025, the Minister of Justice of Armenia, Ms Srbuhi Galyan, requested an Opinion of the Venice Commission on the draft amendments and supplements to the Legislation of the Republic of Armenia on Expropriation of Property for Overriding Public Interests. The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption at the 142nd Plenary Session of the Commission (Venice, 14-15 March 2025).
