By letter dated 3 September 2024, the Minister of Justice of Poland, Mr Adam Bodnar, requested an Opinion on the draft constitutional amendments concerning the Constitutional Tribunal and two draft laws on the Constitutional Tribunal.

The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption at the 141st Plenary Session of the Commission (Venice, 6-7 December 2024).
