By letter dated 5 August 2024, the Minister of Justice of Kyrgyzstan, Mr Ayaz Baetov, requested an Opinion on the draft law on amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code concerning bail and videoconferencing in criminal proceedings.

The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption at the 140th Plenary Session of the Commission (Venice, 11-12 October 2024).
