By letter dated 10 July 2024, the Minister of Justice of Poland, Mr Adam Bodnar, requested an Opinion of the Venice Commission on European standards regulating the status of judges.

The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption at the 140th Plenary Session of the Commission (Venice, 11-12 October 2024).
