Ms Katharina Pabel and Mr Oliver Kask, Substitute members of the Venice Commission in respect of Austria and Estonia respectively, participated online in the meeting of the Monitoring Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly, which took place in Paris on 17 May 2024.

They presented the recent Venice Commission Opinion on electoral reform in Armenia, which had been requested by the Monitoring Committee, and held an exchange of views with the members.
