By letter of 4 August 2023 Mr Atanas Slavov, Minister of Justice of Bulgaria, requested an opinion of the Venice Commission on the draft amendments to the Constitution of Bulgaria.

The draft opinion will be submitted for discussion and adoption by the Venice Commission at its 136th Plenary Session (6-7 October 2023).
