By letter dated 30.06.2023, Ms Jamila JAMANBAEVA, Ombudsman of Kyrgyzstan requested an opinion of the Venice Commission on the draft constitutional law “On Akyikatchy (Ombudsperson) of the Kyrgyz Republic”.

The Venice Commission will prepare the draft opinion for adoption at its 136th plenary session (6-7 October 2023).
