On 15 May 2023 the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Moldova requested a follow-up opinion to the Opinion on the draft law on the external assessment of judges and prosecutors, adopted during March 2023 plenary session of the Venice Commission.

The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption at the 135th plenary session of the Commission (Venice, 9-10 June 2023).
